This Agreement is between you and Link Basket, governing your access and use of our services. By continuing to use Link Basket, you confirm that you understand and agree with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. You also consent to accept the payment providers available on our platform. Link Basket reserves the right to end the relationship with any registered user upon discovery of unlawful activity.
If you disagree with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, please refrain from using Link Basket’s services. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms without notice. Each use of our Services will be subject to the most current version of these Terms, which can be reviewed anytime on linkbasket.net.
1. Eligibility
The minimum age to register on Link Basket is sixteen years. By registering, you confirm that all provided details are accurate, and you grant Link Basket permission to use this information according to our Privacy Policy. Account ownership is non-transferable.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create a personal account, providing accurate information and keeping it updated. Username selection must not impersonate others or include offensive language. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and any activity under your account. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Link Basket immediately.
3. Buyer Terms
As a Buyer, you can select platforms to promote content based on Publisher listings on Link Basket. A task may be rejected if:
- It remains unaccepted by a Publisher for over 14 days.
- It stays in progress without updates for over 14 days.
Buyers may contact Link Basket support to reassign a Publisher if:
- The task has been in progress for five days without updates.
- Messages to the Publisher remain unanswered.
Prices for services are determined by Publishers. All communications between Publishers and Buyers are stored on Link Basket and may be used for dispute resolution. Content that fails to meet requirements can be returned to the Publisher. Buyers may not alter the brief once the Publisher has started work. Payments are due at task completion, with funds released to the Publisher upon approval. Minimum account deposits are $50 USD. Accounts inactive for over 180 days may be considered dormant.
4. Article Purchase Terms
Buyers have the right to order content by specifying topics, categories, and requirements. The minimum word count must be communicated to the writer.
4.1 Ordering an Article
Ensure all details are complete and accurate when ordering. Link Basket is not liable for issues related to third-party rights or damages arising from ordered content.
4.2 Article Acceptance
After an article is submitted, Buyers can:
- Accept it.
- Request one amendment within three days.
- Reject it with a revision request.
4.3 Revision Requests
If no revision is requested within three days of submission, the article is considered accepted. Detailed revision instructions are essential for clarity. Should a writer fail to meet revision requirements, the article may be rejected, and funds reserved will revert to the Buyer’s balance. Link Basket holds final authority on revision disputes.
4.4 Article Rights
Upon acceptance and payment, Buyers gain full rights to the article, with authority to use, distribute, and sell the content across media.
5. Publisher Terms
Publishers must accept tasks from Buyers within five days. A task may be rejected if:
- It is unaccepted for more than 14 days.
- It is pending Buyer approval for over 14 days without submission.
Publishers set their service prices. Buyers may request up to three revisions, after which payment is required. Publishers may not remove any content linked to active tasks. Disputes are handled per Link Basket’s guidelines, and breaches may result in account suspension. Task payments are made only upon Buyer approval and are eligible for withdrawal only if the task is completed and approved.
6. Writer Terms
All content on Link Basket is protected by copyright, trademark, and other relevant laws. By using our services, you agree not to copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission. Writers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted work and interactions with third-party websites.
Payments are issued upon a minimum balance of $5 and are processed via PayPal. Payment requests must include a correct PayPal email. Account access may be suspended or terminated without notice if any terms are violated.
7. Content Quality and Compliance
Writers and Publishers are expected to produce high-quality content that meets industry standards. Content should comply with applicable copyright laws and avoid infringing on third-party intellectual property. Link Basket reserves the right to remove or request revision for any content that fails to meet quality standards or violates policies.
8. Refund Policy
Payments made on Link Basket are non-refundable unless there’s a clear mistake. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. No refunds will be issued for payments made over 30 days ago.
9. Limitation of Liability
Link Basket is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. No Warranty
Link Basket does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our site. The responsibility for verifying the legality and adequacy of content rests solely with the client.
11. Indemnification
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold Link Basket harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services.
12. Third-Party Links
Link Basket may link to external sites, which are not controlled by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content, and you assume any risk involved in accessing these links.
13. Content Ownership and Usage
Once Buyers approve and pay for content, they hold exclusive ownership rights, including the right to modify, distribute, or resell the content. Until payment is completed, Link Basket retains ownership of all work submitted.
14. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of all users and adhere to data protection standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy. All data shared on Link Basket is confidential, and we do not disclose user information to third parties without consent.
15. Account Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these terms, and Link Basket does not support the use of our platform for prohibited activities, including adult content.
